1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and promptly notify SerpDrift of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
2. Marketplace information
Metrics, prices, availability and turnaround estimates may change. SEO metrics are supplied for evaluation and may come from third-party data sources. They are not guarantees of traffic, indexing, rankings or future performance.
3. Orders
You are responsible for providing accurate target URLs, anchor text, content and placement instructions. An order may be delayed, rejected or revised when instructions are incomplete, unsafe, unlawful or outside a publisher's rules.
4. Payments and wallet credits
Orders must be funded through available payment methods or wallet credit. Credits are not bank deposits and do not earn interest. Payment reversals, chargebacks or suspected fraud may result in account restrictions while the matter is reviewed.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, malware, fraud, impersonation, rights infringement, abusive automation, unauthorized access or content that violates applicable law or stated publisher restrictions.
6. Placement outcomes
SerpDrift facilitates campaign operations and delivery. Search engines, publishers and third parties remain outside SerpDrift's control. No specific ranking, traffic, indexing duration or commercial result is guaranteed.
7. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for security risk, non-payment, fraud, abuse, legal requirements or material breach. Where appropriate, SerpDrift may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these terms and the Link Guarantee. Any limitation or exclusion applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
