We use information to create and secure accounts, provide marketplace access, process orders and payments, respond to enquiries, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, improve the platform and comply with legal obligations.
3. Payments
Card payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. SerpDrift does not need to store complete card numbers when payments are handled by those providers. Their privacy terms may also apply.

Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, email, payment processing, analytics, security or campaign fulfillment, but only as reasonably necessary for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the platform.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain financial and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by data type and jurisdiction.
6. Cookies and security
The platform may use essential cookies for sessions, authentication, preferences and security. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
